Project Description
The complete renovation of the Stadium Tournament Clubhouse at PGA West in La Quinta, CA (PGA West’s public clubhouse facility) includes a new entry foyer housing an artifact gallery from the golf club’s history, a redesigned restaurant and bar with a high end sports bar aesthetic, a new private dining room with wine wall entry, a new real estate sales office, new locker rooms, new event spaces and a new dining and lounging terrace overlooking two golf courses. We also added a ‘grab and go’ facility for quick meals and coffee in an area of under-utilized offices and locker rooms. F&B sales in the facility are up significantly since re-opening as are green fees for both public courses. 11,000sf.
